The new University of Texas System building is on track for substantial completion on July 12. There will still be some final work to be done in preparation for the moves, so employees won’t have access until they move in. An Open House scheduled for July 31 will provide a preview of the building—come by anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to explore the office floors, tour the Board Room, hang out in the Commons and try out the Wellness Center equipment!
Moves begin August 1. A schedule, along with instructions and tips to prepare for the move, are included in a “Move Manual” that was distributed to all employees in late June. The Manual is also posted on the One UT System website with frequently asked questions, construction updates (including lots of photos and videos), and other resources. Contact your department Move Coordinator with any questions.
