What are your primary job responsibilities?
I lead the Client Services team, overseeing support decisions, team performance and training. I provide specialized application support, coordinate technical onboarding/offboarding and manage IT equipment and software. Additionally, I assist in coordinating IT projects, serve as a department liaison and handle administrative duties.
What is a fact about you that may surprise your colleagues?
A delightful surprise that my colleagues might not know yet is that my wife Megan and I are expecting our first child in March of next year. We’re having a baby girl! We're thrilled and eagerly preparing for this new chapter in our lives!
What do you do to disconnect or de-stress?
I relax and de-stress by exploring new places (like downtown, The Domain and other spots), attending comedy shows and concerts, and having cookouts with friends. Our dogs, Sadie and Bailey, both adopted mixed breeds, are also a big part of my relaxation.
