For over three decades, the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) has been a powerful way for state, higher education, and retired employees in Texas to care for their neighbors, friends, and local communities. Since 1993, generous contributions have totaled more than $217 million across the state, with UT System Administration staff alone giving $56,520 last year.
