Below is a brief statistical recap on when and how many employees and retirees accessed the My UT Benefits system during the 2016 Annual Enrollment period.
Of the total of 61,666 updates made across all 15 institutions, 42,187 of those updates were made by just 4 institutions: UT Austin, UTMB, MD Anderson and UT Southwestern.
The opening day (Friday, July 15 - 7,048 updates) and last week day (Friday July 29 – 8,611 updates) of Annual Enrollment were the most popular days to make changes.
The 9:00 am – 11:00 am time slot is the most popular hour for updates (11,540 updates). Then the 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm slot is the next busiest time (10,359 updates).
Reminder: Annual Enrollment ended on July 31st, but My UT Benefits can still be accessed year-round to view your coverages, change your contact preferences, and manage your Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance beneficiaries.
