The Office of Employee Benefits (OEB) has a video library on YouTube to help you understand and get the most out of your UT Benefits. One of the videos available there highlights the Blue Care ® Advisor program. Blue Care ® Advisors assist members who have certain chronic health conditions or are at risk for medical complications. They help members navigate the health care system and provide information about their conditions. The goal is to help members find the right resources, optimize their health care benefits, and manage any medical conditions. You might receive a call from a Blue Care ® Advisor inviting you to enroll, or you may enroll in the program by calling (866)412-8795. The calls are quick and confidential, and you can set up subsequent calls at a time that works best for your schedule. Watch this video to learn more:
