Your New My UT Benefits Experience

For Benefits Eligible Employees at UT Dallas and Six Health Institutions

Our goal is to provide you with the right technology and tools to connect you with important benefits information when you need it, wherever you need it. That’s why we’re excited to announce an updated benefits enrollment experience. This Spring UT Dallas and MD Anderson Cancer Center began using a new enrollment system, the new My UT Benefits. Five additional health institutions UT Health Houston, UT Health San Antonio, UT Health Tyler, UTMB, and UT Southwestern, have begun the transition to this new platform to be available for use in June 2019 in time for Annual Enrollment.

You'll receive an invitation to the new My UT Benefits with login instructions and further details on this transition. No action is necessary at this time.

What this means for you:

  • Clear and concise information. You will continue to have access to see exactly what benefits you’ve elected.
     
  • Access to benefits resources. You'll have a variety of resources at your fingertips to understand your coverage.
     
  • Select benefits during Annual Enrollment. July 15-31, you will review your current benefits, explore your benefit options, or make changes to your current coverage using the updated My UT Benefits portal.
     
  • Change your coverage due to life event. For life events such as birth, marriage, or divorce, you'll be able to make corresponding benefit election changes within 31 days of the event.
     
  • Access your benefits from any device. You'll be able to use your mobile device to easily view, manage, and enroll in your benefits.
     

No action is required at this time. You will receive an email with your invitation to explore this new system.
