Mastering Donor Engagement is a two-hour, virtual workshop for experienced development professionals, senior major gift officers, planned giving and principal gift officers that focuses on engagement of qualified potential donors both virtually and in- person.

Participants will be exposed to, and select, donor engagement strategies for their specific donors that can be used virtually or in-person. Content includes:

Enhancing Donor Engagement: Participants will discuss strategic virtual and in-person engagement activities, enhanced through the application of key points for raising donor sights, increasing impact, and achieving key objectives—with opportunities for real-world application.

Applying Engagement Principles: Participants will complete a team-based case study exercise in which they collaborate to design robust engagement activities to achieve strategic goals.
