UTS 101: At Your Service, Partnering with UT System Advancement Services

This session is designed to introduce new institutional advancement and development team members to the key functions, staff, and resources within Office of Advancement Services. Participants will gain foundational knowledge of the services the team provides and learn who to contact for support. It touches on Regent Rules and UT System gift policies related to stock and real estate gifts, endowment administration and compliance, gift agreements, namings, estate gifts, and records management. The session will conclude with time for questions.
Who Should Attend: The target audience for this session includes any advancement or development team members who have been in their current roles for less than two years or are not familiar with the services provided by the UT System Office of Advancement Services to support their good work.
