Sponsorship Workshop Prework and Reading List
Required Assessments:
These tests will help you increase understanding of yourself and your relations to others. The concepts will be discussed in the Workshop. They are required for protégées, and recommended for sponsors.
- DISC Profile Personality Assessment. You will be sent a link to take the web based test by HDRPress ( http://www.hrdpress.com/DISC ) in early Dec. 2014 via email. The test can be completed in less than 30 min. Your individual results will be distributed to you at the Workshop. Please be assured that aggregate results will be reported in a deidentified format.
- Harvard Implicit Association Tests (IAT). Please take the following tests re unconscious bias: gender (two tests- science and career), race, age, religion, sexuality, weight. The tests are available at: https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/takeatest.html
