An effective teacher creates a positive environment to encourage learning and discussion.

The most inspiring part of teaching is witnessing my students’ joy of learning and acquiring knowledge.  Words cannot adequately describe the gratification when students grasp a complex pharmacological concept, or when they “connect the dots” to solve a clinical or scientific problem.
