My goals as an educator are to inspire learners to be creative, to think critically, and to excel in their chosen area of study while also being adaptable and receptive to how other scientific disciplines may help them in their quest for new knowledge. An intrinsic responsibility that I have as an educator is to endow trainees with skills and knowledge that will assist them in their scientific careers. Teaching is fun, exciting and highly fulfilling, as is seeing current and former trainees succeed.
