Registration Details

  • Workshop attendees are identified by a mechanism established by leadership of each UT System institution.
  • Workshop registration and communications are handled by one point person identified at each institution as the single point of contact to keep that institution’s leadership structure and designated participants informed, and stay in open communication with the Workshop Coordinator (Jocelyn Greves jgreves@utsystem.edu). Submitted registration information will be used to build the hotel room list and confirm food/beverage service.
  • Any individually-made hotel or Austin ground transportation arrangements will not be UT System refundable. Ground transportation needs will be confirmed with you in advance.

Any participant guidelines and pre-Workshop materials and work to be completed will be communicated through the institution’s point person who is responsible for timely distribution of workshop materials to participants.
