Authorizes individual institutions to offer insurance plans solely to their own Employees for coverage not available under the Uniform Group Insurance Program (UGIP) provided the institution complies with certain requirements. This policy replaces system-wide policy UTS176, Institution Based Voluntary Insurance Plans, initially approved on June 2, 2011.
