Pursuant to Governor’s Executive Order 36, UT System Administration is required to have a fraud prevention program. As part of our program, periodic refresher training on the Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics and Fraud Awareness Policy must be taken by all employees.
Click on the link below to access the UT System Fraud Awareness Refresher Training. If you are a new employee, you may have recently taken an earlier and similar version of this training. Since the training has been recently updated, you will need to review the refresher training module as well.
When you open the training module, it will launch a Slide Show;
- Left Click the mouse button to advance the slide or scroll forward
- Right Click to return to the previous slide or scroll backward
- Close the browwer window to exit the training
Upon completion, access the certification form, print, sign, scan and either email the certification to controllersoffice@utsystem.edu or mail to Office of the Controller, ASH 5th Floor to certify that you have reviewed the Fraud Awareness Refresher Training. Documentation of your certification will be kept on file in the Controller’s Office.
