The strategy, budget and work plans of OCBS and its component functions are reviewed and approved by the UT System Supply Chain Alliance Operating Committee. The Committee’s members are the Chief Procurement Officers of all institutions comprising The University of Texas System, including UT System Administration, along with the UT System Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer.
