Bid Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in becoming a supplier with the UT System Supply Chain Alliance! We highly value our supplier partnerships and continuously seek opportunities to expand our portfolio through strategic sourcing.

To become a supplier with the UT System Supply Chain Alliance, you must be awarded a contract through a competitive sourcing event.

We use Jaggaer (formerly known as SciQuest) for our Supplier Registration, eSourcing, and eProcurement processes. If you are a first-time Jaggaer user, you must complete the registration process through Jaggaer’s Supplier Registration portal—even if you’ve previously worked with the UT System Supply Chain Alliance.

Please follow the instructions below to set up your Jaggaer account and view current bid opportunities with the Alliance.

Instructions for Finding and Responding to Alliance Bid Opportunities

  1. Register with Jaggaer (First-time users)

    • The UT System Supply Chain Alliance uses Jaggaer (formerly SciQuest) for supplier registration, eSourcing, and eProcurement.
    • First-time users must register through Jaggaer's Supplier Registration, even if you’ve worked with the Alliance in the past.

     

  2. Visit the Public Bid Page
    Go to The University of Texas – MD Anderson Public Bid Page.
  3. Search for Alliance RFPs
    • In the Keyword search bar, type "UTS".
    • Click the Search button.
    • All current UT System Supply Chain Alliance bid opportunities will appear.
    • Look for RFPs that follow the naming format: "UTS/" followed by a letter and numbers (e.g., UTS/A123).
    • Each listing will include the primary contact and a PDF summary of the opportunity.
  4. Respond to a Bid Opportunity
    • Click the name of the Bid Opportunity or the Respond Now button.
    • This will take you to the Jaggaer system where you can register (if not already), view details, and submit your response.
