Geoffrey Richards
Executive Director of Real Estate
Geoffrey Richards serves as the Executive Director of Real Estate for The University of Texas System. He is responsible for the overall management of the Real Estate Office. The office manages acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, and evaluates real estate gifts and bequests. It provides centralized expertise and resources for real estate transactions across UT System institutions.
Previously, Mr. Richards was Vice President at a commercial real estate investment company in Austin, Texas, where he handled dispositions, property management, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University.
