Randi Eisner

Associate General Counsel - Legal Expert, Real Estate

Randi Eisner joined the Office of General Counsel in September of 2022.  She serves as an Associate General Counsel - Legal Expert in the Business Law Section specializing in real estate law.  Ms. Eisner supports UT System administration and its constituent institutions by assisting with structuring, and negotiating documents for, a wide range of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, dispositions, gifts, easements, leases (including ground leases), and licenses. 

Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Ms. Eisner served as the Associate Director of Space Planning and Development at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School where she assisted with real estate and space planning matters.  Before moving to Austin in 2017, Ms. Eisner practiced commercial real estate law in Boston, Massachusetts, at the law firms Wilmer Hale and Goodwin, where she represented clients in connection with property acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing (including ground leases), development and permitting, and structuring and creating condominiums and property owner associations. 

Ms. Eisner graduated from Georgetown University summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco cum laude and is licensed to practice law in Texas and Massachusetts.
