Life's Essential 8
The Life's Essential 8 by the American Heart Association outline a few steps to support you towards a healthier lifestyle, including preventative measures to avoid or manage chronic health conditions. The following institution's blood pressure stations are available onsite for quick weight and blood pressure readings, you can also get screened at your doctor's office or preferred drugstore, or at home using a blood pressure monitor.
